Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are putting their Pacific Palisades home back on the market, this time asking $20 million. The listing marks the fifth attempt to sell the Southern California property in three years, after the couple first offered it for $32 million in 2023.
Pratt purchased the unfinished property in June 2018 for $15.6 million, around the time his relationship with Schwarzenegger began. The couple later spent about two years reworking the 1995-built residence into a more contemporary family home.
The 11,000-square-foot estate still carries traces of its original Mediterranean-inspired design, including curved red roof tiles. Inside, the look is more restrained, with neutral wood and stone finishes used throughout the six-bedroom, 12-bathroom residence.
The main living room features a sleek fireplace and serves as one of the home’s central gathering spaces. Other amenities include:

The property also offers several recreational spaces outside. Its backyard includes a saltwater pool, hot tub, and resort-style cabana with an outdoor kitchen. A half basketball court adds another feature for family and guests.
The location provides views stretching across Santa Monica Bay, with the lights of Palos Verdes visible along the area known as the “Queen’s Necklace.” The property sits between the Pacific Ocean and the Los Padres mountains, adding to its scenic setting.
The Couple’s Next Home
Pratt and Schwarzenegger have already made plans for another family residence. In 2023, they purchased a Brentwood property for $12.5 million, directly across from an estate owned by Schwarzenegger’s mother, Maria Shriver.
The purchase drew criticism after the original 1950s midcentury-modern house was demolished. Designed by architect Craig Ellwood, the residence was known as the Zimmerman House.
Reports have indicated that the new project could include a 15,000-square-foot, two-story custom home designed with architect Ken Ungar. Construction had not been confirmed as complete.
While that project continues, Pratt and Schwarzenegger have also rented Katy Perry’s Montecito property, which has been involved in a long-running legal dispute.
The $20 million relisting gives the Pacific Palisades estate another chance to find a buyer after several unsuccessful attempts. The lower asking price puts the property on the market at $12 million below its original 2023 listing, while its size, amenities, views, and celebrity ownership remain central to the sale.
