Over the past decade, Kat Dennings has become one of the most famous actresses in the world. Of course, many know the 34-year-old star for her role Max Black in the CBS sitcom 2 Broke Girls and scientist Darcy Lewis in Thor, Thor: The Dark World, and WandaVision. However, it seems that, behind the scenes, Dennings has been having an even more amazing adventure: finding true love! The actress recently confirmed her engagement to rock star Andrew W.K., 42.
After W.K. popped the question, neither wasted anytime at all sharing cute photos on their social media profiles. “Don’t mind if I do,” Dennings captioned a picture of her and the rocker, alongside her new ring. For those who don’t know, W.K., who refers to himself as “the God of Partying,” is famous the world over for his positive, party-themed rock songs, like “Party Hard” and “Music Is Worth Living For.” Given the singer’s belief in the positive effects of partying, we can be sure that their wedding will be one of the ages!

The pair officially announced their relationship just a few months and ever since, fans have been incredibly supportive. “You guys… are absolutely gorgeous!!! I am obsessed,” one user wrote. “We are all here for this type of public display of affection for each other,” another one added, praising Dennings and W.K. “Here’s a couple I never would have imagined, but it’s pretty great!” the other fan exclaimed, surprised to see the two people in the pictures dating.
Before finding their way to each other, Dennings remained single since 2016. She used to date a musician Josh Groban, who actress Beth Behrs, the other half of 2 Broke Girls, introduced to the co-actress. W.K. had been previously married to WWE superstar Cherie Lily. However, in early 2019, after 11 years of marriage, the rocker and the female wrestler went their separate ways. And it didn’t take W.K. long at all to find the love of his life!
Spending Quality Time Together

It seems like the couple is spending every day together after the two got engaged. They were recently seen together amid daily chores. Denning and W.K., who were dressed very casually and wore simple black masks over their faces, went grocery shopping and bought new plants in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles.
That’s not all. After putting the plant babies into the car, Dennings asked her husband-to-be to visit her mother, Ellen Litwack. Both W.K. and Dennings hugged Litwack softly and later spent some time in her home. As the couple said their goodbyes to the actress’s mother, they visited the pharmacy afterward and grabbed some medicine. Always holding each other’s hands, the musician and the actress can’t get enough of each other.
The date of the wedding hasn’t been announced yet. Whether they decide to make it private or public, we wish the engaged couple the best wedding day ever!
