Famed child star Lindsay Lohan has started plotting her comeback. In addition to her recent MTV reality show and Netflix holiday movie, rumors have begun to swirl that she might appear on The Real Housewives of Dubai. And host Andy Cohen thinks it’s a great idea!

If you haven’t heard, Bravo will go international for the newest rendition of The Real Housewives , and they are going somewhere that Lindsay Lohan calls home! While The Real Housewives of Dubai will not premiere until next year, rumors have already started to build as Lohan has called Dubai home for some time. And if host and producer Andy Cohen has anything to say about it, she’ll make an appearance!
“I love that idea,” Cohen told TMZ in an exclusive interview. “I would love it. I love Lindsay Lohan.” The famed TV star reiterated his interest in having Lohan on the show while talking to actor Jerry O’Connell, one of the hosts of daytime talk show The Talk. “Let me tell you something. It’s a good idea, Jerry,” the 53-year-old said.
Regardless of if Lohan appears or not, Cohen feels very excited for the first crop of non-American Housewives. “It’s a billionaire’s playground,” he said on The Talk. “They’re a group of friends. It’s great. We haven’t announced the cast yet. But we’re really excited about them.” He also explained that he’s particularly excited to show American viewers the incredible level of wealth present in the capital of the United Arab Emirates. “The wealth there, I think, makes it something that people are going to be very curious about from the get-go,” he explained.

While Bravo first announced The Real Housewives of Dubai at the beginning of November, fans of the franchise still know nothing about the cast. However, the info should come in the next few months, the host said. “We haven’t announced the cast yet. But it’s really interesting,” Cohen said during an interview promoting his most recent book, Glitter Every Day. We can only hope that Lohan makes the list! Another rumored cast member is British television star, Caroline Stanbury. “I can’t say a word [about the Caroline Stanbury rumors], but it’s a great cast and it’s diverse and interesting. Americans and non-Americans and expats and not. I’m excited,” Cohen finished by saying.
While Lindsay’s unlikely to join as a full-time cast member, she could pop up here and there. After all, she’s in the middle of a massive comeback! As stated, just a few years ago, the former child star earned a show on MTV, Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club. The series, as the name suggests, followed Lohan creating her own beach dance club in Greece. While the show was not a massive hit – MTV canceled it after only one season – it kickstarted Lohan’s comeback. Now, she’s released a new single and will star in a 2021 Christmas movie on Netflix, which title has yet to be revealed. It’s set to come out at the beginning of 2022.
Likewise, with or without Lohan, The Real Housewives of Dubai will debut in 2022.
