It seems like Justin and Hailey Bieber are on the move again.
Just a year and a half after they settled down in their current Beverly Hills residence, the young couple have bought a much larger and more expensive home in the same zip code.
Let’s check out their new digs in the gated neighborhood Beverly Park.
Bought at a Bargain

The Biebers’ reportedly got a good deal on the 2.5-acre estate paying $25.8 million for it as opposed to the original $42 million price tag.
The seven-bedroom mansion was originally built in the ‘80s and was previously owned by Danny Lubert, a real estate developer based in Dubai.
The residence’s current contemporary design is reportedly the result of the multimillion-dollar remodeling project Lubert had done to the house.
The property was on and off the market for over two years before finally being scooped up recently by Justin and Hailey.
Once they move into their new place, the couple would be neighbors with several fellow celebrities like ‘Modern Family’ star Sofia Vergara, comedian Eddie Murphy, and action star Sylvester Stallone.
Lavish Amenities

The residence spans 11,000 square feet and is filled with a long list of high-end amenities that befit its latest residents’ celebrity lifestyle.
Entering the home, you’d be welcomed by the two-story grand foyer and the curved staircase. Meanwhile, the chef’s kitchen is equipped with a slew of designer stainless appliances.
Just off the kitchen is the family room and the living room, which features a black fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The home also comes with its own library with built-in shelves and a set of French doors that lead out to the gardens outside. Other lavish spaces found in the residence are a home gym and a soundproof home theater.
Outside, there’s an infinity pool set in the property’s vast lawn. The rest of the estate features a full-size tennis court and an outdoor fireplace.
Previous Homes

In contrast, their previous Beverly Hills abode only spanned 6,132 square feet and had a price tag of $8.5 million. Justin notably tried to sell the home in 2019 and posted several photos of it on his personal Instagram account.
The couple also appears to have a home in Justin’s home country, Canada. The singer bought the Puslinch Lake property in August 2018.
Justin and Hailey seemed to have spent their quarantine months in the residence based on the photos they shared on social media.
